Download Android 7.0 Nougat Firmware from the links given above, and extract it on your PC. The file size is around 2.2GB in compressed mode. Thus in order to extract it, you'll need about 4.6GB free space approximately on your PC storage.
Next download
Odin and
Samsung Drivers then extract them on your PC. Install the Samsung drivers on your computer and run/open Odin. Make sure you've unzipped the firmware above to get a file which starts with AP, CSC, Home_CSC, BL and CP and end with .tar.md5 format.
Now Enable USB debugging and OEM unlock on your phone. Simply Go to Settings » About Phone » and tap "Build Number" seven times to enable Developer options. Go back to the main Settings menu and scroll to the bottom, then select "Developer Options" from there look for "USB debugging and OEM unlock" then toggle it ON to enable.
Next Boot your device into Download mode. To achieve this, switch off your device. Then Press and hold the “Home + Power + Volume Down” buttons for a few seconds until you see a warning screen. Now Press "Volume Up" on the warning screen to accept it and boot into Download mode.
Now once you've successfully booted your Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 edge device into download mode, connect it to the PC by using a USB cable. The ID:COM port on Odin will be highlighted as soon as your device is detected. Now you've to select each of the Nougat firmware file you downloaded earlier into the appropriate box in Odin.
Click the BL button, navigate to the firmware folder and add the file that starts with BL in its name. Next click the AP button and add the corresponding file to it. Since the AP file is huge in size, it might take some time for it to be added in Odin. Now click the CP and CSC buttons one by one and add the remaining corresponding file to them. Ignore the file that starts with HOME in its name.
Once you've added everything, click the "Start" button to initiate the installation process, then wait until the installation completes. When the firmware is installed, you will get a PASS! message in Odin and your phone will reboot automatically. You can then disconnect the USB cable. Note: Your device might takes some time about 5-7 minutes to boot up normally.
